More confident because before there was 0 confidence, yet still in the dark ages as compared to where things should be. Atleast something is going.
Cincinnati has P&G, Cleveland has Progressive, Columbus has Nationwide, the Limited, and AEP. Pittsburgh has PPG, Heinz and US steel. Still haven't seen anything in Youngstown that would come close in relative terms to anything all of the other cities offer in the region.
There has to be something that will stop the flight from the area or else we will continue to have the brain drain. We have the people in the area, we just have to give them oppurtunities to stay because many of them have no choice but to move to where jobs are.
