Should the three teens charged in the baseball-bat beating of a 15-year-old Warren boy be tried as adults?

It is time to close the hood off and let them police their own . Stop wasting taxpayers police time . They have better things to do

i find it disgusting that these animals family and friends are trying to play it off as self-defense. self-defense is getting behind an unsuspecting person who isnt even fighting anybody and clocking them with a bat?

The crime far exceeds the level of anger management classes. This was excessive force with a deadly weapon and should be treated as such.

Should these boys be tried at all ? We are in a new era that has evolved . Things that were taboo before are now accepted . Should snapping turtles be punished for locking onto human flesh ? Of course not since that is their nature . The snapping turtle feels good about itself when it does so . These boys were just doing what made them feel good about themselves . Now they are lost in a sea of confusion . Their self esteem has been eroded . It was their nature to do what they did just as the snapping turtle that locked onto the boys face in Warren a while back . When taken to the hospital the turtle was able to let go when sedated by drugs .

Was the turtle punished ? Naw !

The teen ended up with stitches, the turtle was released.

These three animals should be put away for a long time. Justice had better be served. The parents should also be held accountable for their failure as parents. They should be made to pay the hospital expenses too.

It's so very comforting to know that everyones' comments serve as entertainment ONLY! It's so easy to hand down a sentence when the whole truth has not yet been reported. The only facts that you tea party onlookers seem to want to act on is what's being seen on a cell phone video. Several law enforcement officers stated that shortly before Mr. Lowery was struck with the bat, he possessed a similar bat attempting to inflict the same harm on someone else. How soon we forget about the mishaps we had as teens that we called upon our parents to bail us out of. Your judgements are a clear reason why you could NEVER hold any political position, or be asked to serve jury duty. You are no better than the teens involved. I have an idea.
