We have showered Al Gore with millions to fight global warming and he is producing results . :)
Stan is being uninformed as usual, Global warming causes worldwide average temperatures to rise which increases the intensity of storms both in the summer and in the winter.
Stan how many times in the last 150 years did Youngstown have to wait until December 1st for its first measurable snowfall? Not many!
How many times did the Average highs in April reach 75+ degrees like it did this year? Not once!
Al Gore sez that if we continue to shower him with wealth that he will bring the ice age and the Polar Bears back to Ohio . Aw gee Al I was hoping that you could bring the Wooly Mammoths back also .
If the current blocking high pressure system over Greenland stays put and the storm trek remains entrenched, you folks back there in the Valley could see winters similar to that of the late 70's. As far as weather in Hawaii, we just had our first "winter" storm ourselves. Heavy rains from Kauai to the Big Island is on tap for today with a bit of snow for the summits of Mauna Kea and Haleakala. Sunny tradewind weather will return for the weekend. All I can say for you all back there is stay warm and Aloha!!

I could go on to try and explain a tropical climate in this area as the coal beds were formed and an ice age where the glaciers deposited glacial moraines but you wouldn't understand . Your not understanding is good for Al as he needs your money to fight global warming AKA Tennessee summer heat . His mansion's electric bill runs high in the summer and the publics donations are greatly appreciated .
