To all of the "concerned citizens" of Mahoning County that voted no, the next time you call for help, the next time you need an emergency crew to your house, or the next time a call to a rural fire department needs answered; remember it was YOUR NO VOTE that caused the delay! Thank yourself for this wondrous deed!

Why this county voted the 1/4% sales tax for the WRTA is beyond me. Either the bus is empty or there are a few riders. That quasi-government agency just got a boat load of money.

NO again in May. The county and Y-town needs lower taxes to attract businesses, not higher taxes. People need jobs and high sales taxes [Mahoning County] and high income taxes [Y-town] keep them away. It's time for some real deep budget cutting of numbers of county employees, pay, and benefits so that can be accomplished. Too much fat [Traficanti is a good example] destroys a healthy county.
