TMH was a "thriving" $100,000,000 debt ridden hospital when this merger took place. Anything to help NMC as a "non- profit" hospital. Those days can BE OVER. They can take their $100 MILLION debt with them back to Warren and try to manage their books on their own. Now maybe NMC can stand alone in peace & continue to help our own patients in the Mahoning Valley that are in need beside the debt thrown down by TMH!!
