Utilize all resources in a cost effective, productive manner. Restructure and improve county wide investigation unit. |
| Qualifications | 34 years in law enforcement.
Former Chief of Police. Manager of the largest police department in the Mahoning County. Successfully worked, trained, managed all phases of the criminal justice system. Masters Degree: Police Administration Advance training in police management: FBI Academy Formed collaborations with all local, state and federal law enforcement, as well as Ohio State Attorney General and US Northern District Attorney General. Successfully managed a 16 million dollar diminishing budget. |
| Positions on the issues | My position on SB5: oppose.
My position on city video arraignments: I am oppose to the discontinuing of such. I believe that better management, better utilization of resourses is needed. I believe that it is also an integrity situation being that it is more man hours involved in preparing prisoners to be transported in person than arraigning them for video. |
