Adam's reasons for seeking office:

To restore accountability and efficiency to the recorder's office. Columbiana County deserves to have a full-time recorder that is on the job and mindful of the needs and services that are provided to the public.

Adam's qualifications:

My education, previous work experience and my involvement in various organizations throughout the county uniquely qualify me to hold this position. Serving on the County ESC Governing Board, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Columbiana County Mental Health and Counseling Center also provides me with the knowledge of working within a budget and making the necessary fiscally conservative decisions to maintain an efficient office, without sacrificing quality service. In addition, I currently possess a good working relationship with all current commissioners, and county officeholders, as well as those who are seeking those positions this November.

Where Adam stands on the issues:

In the face of the current economy, and the increased tax burden on Columbiana County residents, it is vitally important that we elect office holders who are able to lower costs, maintain a tighter budget and still provide quality services. As recorder, I am confident that I can lower costs, eliminate wasteful spending, and most importantly be a recorder that is full-time, accountable and on the job.

Adam's priorities if elected:

To be a pro-active office holder, fully engaged in the day-to-day operations of the office and lay a foundation to expand services through innovation and technology. It is also important to create and maintain a user friendly and service oriented office to all of those who use the services offered. Whether you are a title examiner, Realtor, banker, attorney, abstractor, or someone from the general public, as your recorder I will have an open door policy and strive to make every facet of your dealings with my office the best that they can be.
