Penny 's reasons for seeking office:: To continue my dedication to fiscal discipline,responsible government, putting people first and leadership with integrity.
Penny 's qualifications:: I believe that I bring my financial business experience to the position, along with my experience in workers comp claims, insurance, payroll, labor relations, investments, accounting and working with and writing federal and state grants.
Where Penny stands on the issues:: Bringing jobs to the county is one of the major issues, I am the lead commissioner on the new coal-to-liquid plant being proposed to be built in Wellsville in Columbiana County. I am also on all economic development boards, working to bring jobs to the county. Maintaining fiscal discipline.
Penny 's priorities if elected:: I currently hold the position and every aspect of the commissioners job is top priority to me. I am very passionate about my job and I am here to serve the citizens in any capacity. I also make sure that we are good stewards of the taxpayers money making sure that every penny is spent responsibly. Fiscal discipline and responsible government are extremely important to me and a top priority for me.
