John A.'s reasons for seeking office:

Seeking re-election to continue to push for consolidation of government services, especially 911 systems in Mahoning County and City of Youngstown; will continue to discuss a Charter form of government for Mahoning County; seeking re-election to continue to serve as an independent thinker who asks questions and demands answers in the instances where I disagree with other Board members and elected officials.

John A.'s qualifications:

Previous service as County Commissioner and as Law Director of City of Youngstown.

John A.'s priorities if elected:

Top priority is continued focus on the workings of the criminal justice system in Mahoning County; continue to educate citizens about the wisdom of pushing Mahoning County to a charter form of government; ensure responsible spending of general fund dollars.
