Randall's reasons for seeking office:

I am seeking this office to try and make Salem a better place to live and work. It is time for members of council to drop the political gloves and work together in the best interest of the city.

Randall's qualifications:

This is the first time I am running for office, therefore, I have no political experience. I have worked in city government as a former police officer in Salem and in the private sector as a manager of a department.

Where Randall stands on the issues:

The major issue for me is to get economic development into the city, upgrade our city services and stabilize city finances. Also, I would like to work at looking into grants for the city.

Randall's priorities if elected:

Financial stability. I will implement it by researching all possible grants for all departments working the the State and Federal Government. I will work hand in hand with the city officials to keep the city finances under control. I will work to get our safety forces back to normal operating levels.
