Bob Hudak, a retired Youngstown Police Officer and resident of Boardman, sits on his motorcycle outside the Covelli Centre in downtown Youngstown on Sunday afternoon. A twenty plus year veteran of the YPD, Hudak, now 72, has participated in all seven of the annual rides, having been friends with Howard Hertzell, after whom the event was originally named.
