how can u not even give them water, bread....something.....? kills me how they suffered sooo needlessly. These owner trusted this man to care for their pets and train them. NO ONE HAS BROUGHT UP THE FACT THAT U COULD SEE FROM NEIGHBORS YARD....THIS SHOULDVE BEEN CAUGHT SOONER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
