SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR
The Humane Society of Columbiana County will host Yappy Hour from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Myrddin Winery, 3020 Scenic Ave., Lake Milton. Sangria will be the special of the evening. Tasting tickets will cost $8, and other a la carte samples will be available. A three-station meal for pets will include a doggie-safe beverage for $4 per dog. HSCC will sell T-shirts and pet items and raffle a pair of T-shirts. For information call the society at 330-332-2600 or visit the shelter at 1825 S. Lincoln Ave., Salem. Dogs must be leashed or harnessed. The stepping stone, above, will be raffled at the Yappy Hour event.
