Ursuline Center plans dinner
Preparations are under way for the Ursuline Center’s sixth annual Valentine’s Day dinner. Pictured are Chef Rich Herrera, who is catering the event, and committee member Mary Yvo Assion. They have been taste-testing dishes for the event, which will be at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 14 in the center’s auditorium, 4280 Canfield Road, Canfield. Herrera owns Canfield’s Broad Street Diner with his wife, Zina. The Burke School of Irish Dance will entertain. Tickets are $25 per person and include food and beverages.
