SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Struthers Rotary is continuing its participation in the Dictionary Project, which assists students in becoming good writers, active readers, creative thinkers and resourceful learners. Educators believe third grade is the dividing line between learning to read and reading to learn. Struthers Rotary provides dictionaries to all third-grade students at Campbell, Lowellville, Struthers and St. Nicholas schools.
