SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Siembida & Boggs Philanthropic Foundation of Columbiana recently donated $400 in Home Depot gift cards to married Army veterans Kim and Phillip Floyd, above. Phillip was an infantry and combat engineer who served from 1969 to 1971 during the Vietnam War. He received the Vietnam Service Medal with two bronze service stars. Kim served with the military police from 1987 to 1989 and was stationed at Fort Myer, Va. The gift cards will help buy materials for a ramp for Phillip, who was injured in a mortar attack in the war.
