Plans to salvage the facade of the long-vacant Paramount Theatre property in downtown Youngstown could be in jeopardy. A preliminary engineering study says the landmark facade may not be in strong enough condition to withstand demolition of the rest of the structure. A group is seeking to turn the property into an amphitheater and outdoor gathering space,
