Daisy Girl Scout Troop 80777 of Columbiana, with nine members, planted day lilies at Joshua Dixon Elementary school, where they will be attending classes. The flowers can be seen from the main entrance. From the left are Troop Co-leader Kathy Kaszowski; Girl Scouts Chloe Gill, Mia Surgenivic, Rebekah Clark, Katrina Kaszowski, Elizabeth Siembida, Alaina Johnston, Abbie Passmore and Airianna Scullion; and Troop Leader Crystal Boggs. Absent from the picture is Chloe Loveland. The school principal, Kim Sharshan, donated the flowers for the girls to plant. Girls that are beginning first grade this year can contact Boggs at 330-482-9105 to join Girl Scouting. They will participate in the fall product sales fundraiser and begin selling cookies in December.
