At an awards night recently at the Masonic Temple on Wick Avenue, Youngstown, Excellent Companion Timothy N. Flack, right, a 23-year member of the Youngstown chapter, was presented the Certificate of Achievement for his advanced studies in Royal Arch Masonry. Presenting the award to Flack is District Deputy Grand High Priest Zel E. Bush. Flack also received a plaque at the Grand Chapter for his dedication and appreciation of Capitular Masonry.
