East Palestine Rotary Club members John Davis, left, and Kerri Stewart recently received Paul Harris Fellow Awards. This award is one of the highest in Rotary International and is named after Rotary’s founder, Paul Harris, who formed the world’s first service club in Chicago in 1905. His intention was to recapture the same friendly spirit he had felt in the small towns of his youth.
