they see on a daily basis. City Youth director Andrea Mahone runs summer activities for the children in the apartment complex, which is the only public housing in the city without a youth center. Mahone said the
program, called “Increase the Peace,” was implemented into the community to “make them respect and love the city of Youngstown.”
