Hometown national entertainers Mary Jo Maluso and Rick Blackson will provide supper-club-style music for Splendor In The Glass, a special fundraising event to be sponsored by Youngstown State University and the Youngstown Air Reserve Station to benefit the base’s Community Scholarship Fund. The event will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Sept. 30 at Alberini’s Restaurant, 1201 Youngstown-Warren Road in Niles. The festivities will include food, wine, special music and silent and basket auctions. Tickets are $100 per person or $175 per couple. Call Renee M. DiSalvo at 330-507-4868 for information.
