Kiwanis club officers: The Kiwanis Club of Youngstown recently installed its 2011-2012 officers. From left to right are Rachael Ramps, president; and Alan Harper, president-elect. Ramps is an assistant manager at Boardman Sam’s Club, and Harper is principal of Stambaugh Charter Academy. The club also celebrated its 95th anniversary of serving children and the community recently.
