Remnants of Youngstown’s 1940-vintage Westlake Terrace Apartments housing project, the country’s oldest public-housing development, were under demolition Tuesday. Former Westlake residents, who have relocated to other Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority properties or to Section 8 housing, will get first priority for housing in the Village at Arlington, which will replace the remainder of Westlake.

This is to all the negative comments that this world we live in. First don't judge people and their life struggles do to income, race, children where u live what u drive how hard u work until u walk in that persons shoes, and know what their life is about day to day week to week month to month year to year what gives any person the audacity to say who works harder than the other and futhermore when u people drive by on 680 and look over at our home and make your rude comments remember we all dodo the same way and when we all meet in heaven if any of u negative ones get their for your ignorance who is going to comment on this then.
