Austintown Fitch High School and Frank Ohl Intermediate School choirs sang the national anthem on Tuesday as school officials broke ground on a $50 million building project. The Ohio School Facilities Commission is funding about 47 percent of the project, and Austintown schools will fund the rest through a 2.9-mill bond issue passed by voters in May 2010.
