The Niles Historical Society recently received a new 25-foot flagpole and a new flag, thanks to the help of Niles businessmen Alan Miller, general manager at RTI International Metals, and James Williams of Holloway-Williams Funeral Home. A crew from RTI installed the foundation and the pole, and Williams donated the flag. Here, David Dinsmore, left, Bob Mostoller, Bill Dennis, Fred Kubli, Greg Billock and George John display the new pole. Kubli and John are members of the historical society; the others are associated with RTI.
