Science comes naturally to him: Brennan Bizon holds two certificates he received from The Ohio Academy of Science for Superior ratings he earned for his science project, “Which Ball Bounces Higher?” Brennan, a seventh-grader at Holy Family School in Poland, earned a Superior rating at the school’s science fair before going on to win the academy awards at the Lake-to-River District Science Day at Youngstown State University and the State Science Day at Ohio State University in Columbus. He said he was inspired by basketball to find out whether a larger or a smaller ball bounces higher.
