Lindsay Lohan is shown in court in Beverly Hills, Calif. Lohan is being investigated for possible misdemeanor battery against a female staffer at a rehab facility where she is receiving treatment. Deputy Herlinda Valenzuela with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department says deputies responded to a Betty Ford Center facility on Dec. 12 for an incident involving Lohan.
