Audience is spellbound: Although they were too young to compete in the official spelling bee at St. Patrick School in Hubbard, this group of students from grades one through three lined up to demonstrate their spelling skills as older students, in the background, prepared for the local spelling bee. Family, friends and classmates were held spellbound as the youngsters competed for the first time in a classroom spelling bee. The winner of the competition was Luke Yungbluth, a student in the third grade taught by Joann Matune.
