Children in the Mahoning County Head Start program received 55 brand-new winter coats through the efforts and donations of the Boardman Rotary. The third annual giveaway was organized by Rotary member Ryan Cuffle. Using creative shopping techniques, Cuffle was able to stretch the initial investment to provide an additional 25 coats. Rotarians and Boardman High School Interact members delivered the coats to various Head Start locations throughout the county.
