JESSICA M. KANALAS | THE VINDICATOR..Local golfer Jason Kokrak is the first Valley native in 30 years to make it to the PGA tour. Kokrak celebrated with friends and family at Trumbull Country Club. His PGA career will begin on Jan. 12. Jerry McGee spoke to the crowd. The East Palestine resident has had the Valley's most storied PGA playing record, playing more than 25 years on the PGA and Champions tours. At Wednesday's event, McGee joked that he's most famous now for being the father-in-law to LPGA Tour great Annika Sörenstam, whose married to Jerry's son, Mike.
