An undated photo provided the U.S. District Court in Minnesota shows U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson. Nelson has sided with NFL players and granted their request for a preliminary injunction to lift the lockout. Nelson issued her ruling late Monday, April 25, 2011. The ruling gives the players an early victory in their fight with NFL owners over a new collective bargaining agreement in the $9 billion business.

Clean-spirited club members: Members of the Rotary Club of Austintown joined forces with the Fitch Interact Club for a semiannual cleaning of Kirk Road from Route 46 to Whispering Pines Drive, which is about 11⁄2 miles. The task has been undertaken twice a year for the past 10 years. The weather was cold and damp, but the volunteers kept up their spirit for improving the community.
