A heartwarming trend: Jayda Benson, at left, and Katherine Kali, fourth-grade students at Holy Family School on Center Road, Poland, cuddle up in blankets they made for premature babies in the special care nursery at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown. The two are members of the Acts of Random Kindness group, which recently made blankets from material donated by Melinda Miller, Jayda’s mother. The blankets were delivered to the hospital, where the ARK girls viewed babies through the window and met one of the mothers, who recently delivered triplets.
