Bill Maine of Boardman has won more than $7,000 over the past 15 years he's been dressing up as a leprechaun. He said he passes out gold-covered chocolate coins to the ladies, who usually think he's a kid dressed up because he doesn't talk while in costume. Maines, who submitted this photo, is 75.
