Friends of Youngstown-Mahoning Library recently sponsored an annual tea, where author Erin McGraw, seated, spoke about her book, “Seamstress,” during the program. Taking the opportunity to speak with the author about the book are Joan Wells, left, and Roselyn Gadd. The organization is inviting the public to the Austintown Branch at 10 a.m. May 17 for a presentation by David Frank about the end of the Civil War titled “They March as Though They Were the Lords of the Earth.”
