Justin Rogers, Mill Creek MetroParks landscape architect, kneels where a $10,850 educational rain garden will be installed at the MetroParks Farm in Canfield. The MetroParks was one of 19 applicants to receive a surface-water-improvement grant through the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
