CARRYING ON TRADITION: Youngsters will have an opportunity to take part in a traditional St. David’s celebration on Feb. 27 in New Castle, Pa. The children don traditional Welsh attire and carry the Welsh flag and daffodils as they practice for their appearance at the event.
