HEARTS FOR HEROES Special to The Vindicator LOTS OF LOVE: More than 1,000 valentines are being sent to Maj. Christine Blice-Baum, a U.S. Army chaplain in Iraq, who will distribute them to men and women serving in the military. The valentines are a part of a Heart for Heroes project conceived by Nancy Cuffle, a Realtor with RE/Max Valley Real Estate, to keep soldiers from feeling lonely. As word of her idea spread and others became involved, Home Savings designated its YSU-Kilcawley and main offices as drop-off sites for the valentines. A few of the valentines are displayed by, from left, Cuffle and Jeanne Watson-Antol, sales and service manager at the YSU Kilcawley office. They were created and donated by students at Wee Care Day Care, at South Range, Poland, McDonald, Canfield and Boardman schools, at YSU, and by employees of Home Savings and residents at Park Vista Retirement Center.
