I SEE THE DREAM. On Jan. 15, 2009, at his home in Campbell, Ohio, Rev. Lonnie Simon reflects on the impact of Barack ObamaÕs election on the civil rights movement after being a chanter leader during one of the 1965 marches on Montgomery with Martin Luther King Jr. Simon received an illustration as a Christmas gift from his daughters featuring King saying, ÒI had a dream,Ó himself saying, ÒI saw the dream,Ó and Barack Obama saying, ÒI am the dream.Ó
