Special to The Vindicator REIGNING CATS AND DOGS: The Humane Society of Columbiana County will sponsor an R.O.C.C. and HOWL for Pet’s Sake fundraiser at 6 p.m. Oct. 24 at The Barn on Sechrist Road. There will be food, beverages, and silent and Chinese auctions.
