EULOGY: Michelle Nicks of WFMJ-TV 21 delivered a eulogy Friday at St. Patrick Church for Capt. Robert Kane, who died Monday after a battle with kidney cancer. Friends and co-workers remembered Kane earlier this week as an excellent supervisor and investigator who loved Youngstown. “We always called him the encyclopedia of the Youngstown Police Department. He always had a quote for you from an old past officer or a tale to tell or an experience that he had in the past,” said Capt. Rod Foley, commander of the internal-affairs division.
