• BARING IT ALL: From left to right; Ashley Byrne, 31, of Washington D.C., Cassandra Callaghan, 20, of Norfolk, Va., and Michelle Lackner, 21, of Rochester, Pa., pose outside the South Avenue KFC restaurant wearing nothing but stilettos, smiles and a banner. The women participated in a protest for the animal-rights activist group PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, by standing outside the restaurant for an hour to raise awareness on KFC supplier’s methods for housing and slaughtering chickens. PETA has traveled to KFC restaurants around the country as part of their “Naked Truth” campaign.
