Special to The Vindicator BUYERS AND BROWSERS: There will be something for everyone at the annual garage sale to be sponsored by the Harriet Taylor Upton Association at the Upton House, 380 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 24 and 25. Browsers, who may eventually become buyers, get a sneak preview of some of the sale items as they are being set up for display by Carol Sager, at left. Although only potential customers, those who browse in advance will be able to quickly select the things they want when they participate in the sale. Proceeds will benefit the Upton House, a Victorian home that is available for parties and rentals.
