Emilie Ridge, a Duquesne law student, had a moment of joy when her great uncle, atty. Don Nicolls of New Castle, gave her tickets to the Ohio State/Penn State football game for her birthday. The two Ohio State grads didn't enjoy the outcome of the game, though. Gayle Ridge, Emilie's mom and Don's niece, captured the moment.

Sun ,a pool ,a raft and cool water is all the joy we need in this world on a hot summer day. This is a pic of our Cavalier King Charles "Abby" She loves swimming in our pool and floating around on her raft during those dog days of summer. No need for a run to the water dish either she just hangs her head over the side and ahhhh all the refreshment she needs.Also enjoying the pool is her owner Denise DeLuca from Struthers and her sister Marilyn Tekac from Poland.
