Special to the Vindicator TREE-TRIMMING: Hubbard Historical Society members, left to right, Joan Gibson, Cecilia Cooper and Lucille Wilson decorate one of the six Christmas trees at the McBride House, 27 Hager St. The house, decorated for Christmas, will be open from 2-5 p.m. Sunday. Gift items for sale include note cards, a historic afghan throw depicting early scenes of Hubbard, the book “Hubbard” by Barbara Emch, a selection of Cat’s Meows, and Christmas tree bulbs featuring the Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home and the Tylee Park Gazebo.
