NEW LOOK: Youngstown State University has teamed up with AT&T to revamp the AT&T tower on the corner of Phelps Street and Lincoln Avenue. This artist's rendering shows the tower, 200 feet tall, as it will appear: painted a few new colors and with internally lit YSU signs on each side.

UPLIFTING WORK: Roy Thomas, co-founder of the Positive People Group, stands in the sanctuary of Oak Baptist Church, 320 Elk St., Youngstown, where tarps cover the altar area. The croup cleaned up and painted last weekend at the church, which had been damaged by vandals.
