NEW PROJECT: Shannon Mosti of Highlandtown and the vice president of
the saddle horse committee at the Columbiana County Fair, stands
beside what will be come the first showers for horses at the
fairgrounds. She said that raising and caring for horses help youths
learn responsibility.
