PEDALING FOR A CAUSE: Brian McCandless, a junior at Slippery Rock University and a Butler County native, doesn't let cystic fibrosis slow him down. Law year, the 21-year-old raised $14,000 for The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation on his 2,045-mile trek. He's hoping to top that this year.
