Arlene Sandstrom

“Carl & Family, We feel badly we will not be able to attend the funeral for our friend Arlene. I met Arlene when we were teenagers at our church, Epworth Methodist in Youngstown, Ohio. Immediately we had a connection of friendship. When she married Carl it turns out he was my husbands baseball coach, when Ray was a teenager, in Boardman. Through the years distance, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina and now Atlanta, has kept us apart although never taken away in our hearts. The many memories I'll take with me everywhere I go. So many wonderful memories! Carl, you were her Rock! For years you sat beside her. You took this path as Christ disciple. You can hold your head up high looking to the sky knowing you were a faithful servant to your wife of 55 years. An accomplishment to be proud of. A life that touches the hearts of others will live on forever. So too will Arlene's life! My deepest sympathy to your family. Love and Prayers - Judi ”
