YOUNGSTOWN - Angeline M. DiCiocco, 88, of the citys west side, passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon, Aug. 31, 2014, at ValleyCare Northside Medical Center in Youngstown.
Angeline was born April 27, 1926, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Michael and Madeline Chianese DiCiocco, and was a lifelong area resident.
She worked for 28 years for Hughs Meat Market in downtown Youngstown, and for Strouss Department Store in the Austintown Plaza, retiring in 1986.
Angeline was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church in Youngstown.
She enjoyed travel and trips to Mountaineer Gaming Resort.
Angeline leaves many nieces and nephews.
Five sisters, Betty M. Yaslik, Mary Davanzo, Margaret Frasco, Antoinette Donofrio, and Virginia Bettura; a brother, Edward Richie DiCiocco; and two nephews are deceased.
At Angelines request, a private memorial service will be held. There are no calling hours.
Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown.
Arrangements were entrusted to Kinnick Funeral Home, 477 N. Meridian Road in Youngstown.
